1 Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on ace65. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. If we have reason to believe that an account holder is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period of underage use will be forfeited. We take underage gambling seriously and have systems in place to detect and prevent it.

One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one ace65 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is a violation of these Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

Registration Information

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You must register using your own name, mobile number, and payment details — not someone else's.
  • ace65 may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
  • Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
  • You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Notify support if your contact information changes.
Verification Process

ace65 may ask you to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected on your account. This is a standard security measure designed to protect you and the integrity of the platform. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

2 Account Rules & Responsibilities

Your ace65 account is your responsibility. The rules in this section exist to protect both you and the platform. Please read them carefully — violations can result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members. ace65 will never ask for your password through any channel — if you receive a message asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

Account Activity

  • You must only use your account for personal, non-commercial betting activity.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets is strictly prohibited.
  • Coordinating bets with other players to exploit promotions or game mechanics is prohibited.
  • Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the ace65 platform is prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • You must not use your ace65 account for any money laundering or fraudulent activity.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ace65 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every 12 months.

Prohibited Behaviour

Using multiple accounts, sharing accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in any form of collusion or fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. ace65 uses advanced fraud detection systems and investigates all suspicious activity thoroughly.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ace65 supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment methods. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through ace65.

Deposits

  • Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money on your behalf — are not permitted.
  • Deposits are typically credited to your ace65 account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
  • ace65 does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

ace65 processes withdrawals in under four minutes on average. This is one of the platform's core commitments to Bangladesh players. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
  • ace65 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
  • Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
  • ace65 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected, pending investigation.

Currency & Exchange

All transactions on ace65 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ace65 does not support foreign currency transactions. If you attempt to deposit from a foreign currency account, the transaction will be declined.

4 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting activity on ace65, across all games including HRG Live, Treasure Hunt, Plinko, Jackpot Bingo, Fortune Bingo, and Crash. Game-specific rules are also available on each individual game page.

Placing Bets

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the game rules specifically allow it.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed before each round.
  • Bets placed after a round has closed will not be accepted and will be returned to your account balance.
  • ace65 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault.

Game Integrity

All games on ace65 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently verified. The outcome of every round is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including ace65 staff. Published return-to-player (RTP) rates are accurate and consistent with the certified game configurations.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, ace65 will make every effort to resolve the situation fairly. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, bets placed for that round will be returned to player accounts. ace65 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

  • If a game disconnects mid-round, the round result will be determined by the server record, not the client display.
  • Players experiencing repeated technical issues should contact support before continuing to play.
  • ace65 maintains server logs of all game activity and these records are considered definitive in any dispute.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ace65 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

  • Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are listed in the promotion details.
  • Bonus funds are used before real money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise.
  • If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. If you have an active bonus and claim a new one, the existing bonus will be forfeited. Always check your current bonus status before opting into a new promotion.

6 Responsible Gaming

ace65 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is entertainment — it should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. Player Protection Tools

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
  • Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration and ace65 will notify you when you've reached it.
  • Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
  • Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you've been playing and your net session result.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

ace65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Grounds for Suspension

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Using automated tools or bots to place bets.
  • Attempting to exploit game bugs or technical errors.
  • Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraud.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotional offers.
  • Failing to meet age verification requirements.
  • Any activity that ace65 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your ace65 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened by contacting support, subject to verification.

Balance on Closure

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions, ace65 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Legitimate balances will be returned after the investigation is complete.

8 Limitation of Liability

ace65 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  • ace65 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
  • ace65 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand game rules or these Terms and Conditions.
  • ace65 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
  • In all cases, ace65's maximum liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits ace65's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9 Privacy & Data

ace65 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, and improving the platform.

10 Amendments to These Terms

ace65 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and display a notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect 7 days after notification, unless the change is required by law or relates to a security issue, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the ace65 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
